Return/Refund Policy
Partial Redemptions: If you redeem the voucher for less than the total value of the voucher, you will not be entitled to receive any credit or cash for the difference between the total value and the amount you redeemed, unless otherwise required by law. You are only entitled to a redemption value equal to the amount you paid for the voucher less the amount actually redeemed.
Redemption Value: If not redeemed by the expiration date, the voucher will continue to have a redemption value at the named Merchant equal to the amount you paid for the voucher for the period specified by applicable law. The redemption value will be reduced by the amount of purchases made. For clarity, if you paid $10 for a voucher which gives you $20 of value of goods or service at the Merchant, the purchase price that you paid is $10, not $20, the total value is $20. The expiration date on the voucher is the last date that you can use your voucher at the Merchant for the promotional offer stated on the voucher; however, if required by applicable law the Merchant is responsible for honoring the purchase price for a period of time beyond the expiration date stated on the voucher. Merchant's are required under agreements with voucher to allow you to redeem voucher's for the purchase price up until the later of: (1) the voucher's expiration date; or (2) the minimum length of time allowed by applicable law for a voucher to expire. If the Merchant refuses to redeem the purchase price of your expired voucher, and if applicable law entitles you to such redemption, please contact us and voucher will refund the purchase price of the voucher in either U.S. Dollars or credit for purchases of future voucher's, at our option.

Voucher Use
The voucher can only be used for making purchases at the named merchant. It cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account unless otherwise provided herein or required by law. Neither voucher nor the named merchant shall be responsible for voucher's that are lost or damaged. The voucher may only be used on one occasion unless otherwise provided by law.

By submitting a picture or video, you are consenting to its use on our website and in advertisements.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a GoodTwo, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GoodTwo, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GoodTwo, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GoodTwo, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term/Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by GoodTwo, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
